Price Confirmation
Upon agreement, DRIVN issues a Dealer Commitment Agreement outlining the specific vehicle data, purchase price, sourcing fee, and formal transaction terms.
Deal Packet Delivery
Following agreement execution, you receive the full deal packet: Seller Purchase Agreement, Official Funding Sheet, and Full Vehicle Information Package.
Coordination & Logistics
DRIVN introduces dealer and seller directly. We manage communication flow, pickup windows, and transportation logistics to ensure operational consistency.
Funding & Delivery
Payment is executed per the Funding Sheet via Check or Wire. DRIVN coordinates local check pickups or provides prepaid overnight shipping labels for administrative ease.
